homeowners. We specify and install GREEN ENERGY UPGRADES that

cooling and hot water.
For many suburban homeowners that wish to take full advantage of tax incentives a typical GREEN ENERGY UPGRADE project includes added insulation, weather-stripping and a geothermal heat pump for heating, cooling and domestic hot water. We always recommend the most reliable, most efficient and least expensive configurations of geothermal heat pumps to achieve 50% or greater reduction in operating costs and emissions.
Some homeowners also have an excellent site
for solar, either hot water or Photovoltaics, and we
can assess this quickly during the initial visit using our SolarPathfinder
device.
Step #1. Homeowner Review and Preparation

utility bills for oil, gas and electricity.
q Find plot
plan or create sketch of property lines, house location and wetlands, if any.
q Write
down priorities, questions and concerns.

Step #2. Site
Survey, Analysis and Report
q Enclosure,
Site, Heating Systems and Solar Surveys.
q Review estimates
and benefits of solar, geothermal and conservation (insulation,
weather-stripping).
q If GREEN ENERGY UPGRADES are feasible then a firm Design/Build
proposal will follow.
Step #3. Submittal of Design/Build Contract
q Defines
space, power, access and site work for Heating, Cooling and Hot Water systems.
q Estimates
Initial costs, Paybacks, IRR, Incentives and Rebates.
q Timing of
contract award can be deferred; however delays beyond 60 days often require
updated quotes.
q Permitting,
equipment orders and installation can take more than 3 months.
q 1 year of
free service and support in addition to equipment warranties.
